I can enable a culture within the knowledge and library team of using evidence from research, good practice and service data to take an evidence based approach to service innovation and development.
I can oversee and ensure application of quality improvement methodology to knowledge and library service innovations and developments.
I can set knowledge and library service activity key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate progress, analyse trends and review activity to inform service innovation.
