1.Check that suppliers and partners are providing relevant and timely data to monitor contracts. 2.Identify and access departmental procurement and commercial expertise. 3.Understand and be able to explain the organisation’s approach to assigning contractual and financial delegations. 4.Recognise when deliverables and/or services derived from a commercial arrangement are not being delivered to the required standard, and take appropriate action. 5.Fully meet commercial confidentiality and data security requirements in contracts.
