PDA Group: Participation in Professional Activities

Authoring, or making a substantial contribution to, published research, technical magazines and journals, or own public blog.

Lecturing, tutoring, coaching, formally or informally, in area of own expertise. Developing policy, implementing and maintaining online interactive and collaborative learning delivery skills and assessments.

Participating in working groups, advisory boards, committees etc. responsible for the production, maintenance or oversight of relevant standards or legislative requirements, for example BCS policy reviews or the SFIA Council.

Attending meetings, seminars and workshops organised by professional body and reading published material, such as journals and web content.

Taking an active part in professional body affairs at branch, specialist group, committee or board level.
