SFIA Skills: Learning delivery (ETDL)

Provides detailed instruction as necessary and responds to wide-ranging and detailed questioning in own area(s) of specialisation.

Assesses objectively, probably against pre-set criteria, the ability levels of students and reports as appropriate.

Teaches, instructs, and/or trains students/learners in order to develop knowledge, techniques and skills using appropriate methods, tools, online environments, equipment and materials. The students may be of differing levels of ability and potentially have minimal experience of IT.

Assists in teaching, instruction and /or training of students/learners in order to develop knowledge, techniques and skills using appropriate methods, tools, online environments, equipment and materials.

Oversees and supports analysis of information governance training needed by the various staff groups in the organisation to develop the training needs analysis.
